God looks for an ordinary man who is living an ordinary life but who is ready, willing and faithful to use to His glory. God does not seek a man with ability because the ability to do the things of God comes from God.
Such a man is one who is devout, humble, highly principled and lives a consecrated life thereby possessing a deeper and steadier faith to maintain his fidelity towards God irrespective of his present circumstances.
In the eyes of God, this man is a gem of discipled Christian fitted for His use.
