Rebecca Matsil grows organic wheatgrass and microgreens in New York for her company, Perfect Foods. She has recently led raw vegan cleanses and has been coaching others into switching to a raw vegan diet to heal their bodies.
Over forty years ago, her family started Perfect Foods, before micros were even a thing. Today, Rebecca runs most of the business, and is shifting into higher leadership positions to prepare her to carry on the business.
