When you hear the term “dream team” there’s a good chance you think of the 1992 USA men’s Olympic basketball team, however, the dream team you’ll hear from today are Sam and Aaron. Coaches, business partners and husband and wife. They take us through their journey from their first jobs at Sam’s Warehouse and picking and packing in a factory to sharing a lifelong love of sports and learning from mentors. Sam and Aaron started Shedlock Training Systems while they held down full-time jobs. They’ve both adopted new routines that benefit their personal development and have begun putting themselves first, an important lesson for all business owners. Sam and Aaron shared some great advice such as “believe in yourself and start earlier” or “stop waiting for life to go back to normal”.
