"Home" - What comes to mind when you see that word?

Safety, comfort, ease? Challenge, anxiety, shame? Or a mix?

Last week I visited my former Adult home of Folsom, CA for the first time in 9 months and it was definitely a mix. There's some old friends that I loved getting to see and it's great to know where I can go for just about anything, but then there's also the reminders of why I left in the first place.

In this episode I talk about how if you're growth minded (which you are if you're reading this and listening to my podcast) then a trip back to any home will just be a visit and require monitoring your habits because otherwise you'll feel like you're going backwards is you just do what you always did.
