Today, I chat with Josh Courage from Courage Performance, a training gym in California. Josh is an old friend, who co- created TOUGH/ LOVE with me at lululemon DC when we were both ambassadors. In this conversation, Josh talks about his depression and parenting, his views on the miracle of pregnancy, marriage and raising a daughter.
