Ravi Abuvala is a successful entrepreneur and motivational speaker who is best known for developing a high ticket lead generation and scalability roadmap, and a skilled virtual assistant outsourcing system for businesses called Scaling With Systems.

Ravi’s interest in business began at a very young age. In March 2016, he launched a lead generation training program, Prospect Social, for real estate agents where he assisted real estate professionals by leveraging targeted social media advertising and using a marketing funnel to generate qualified leads.

In 2019, Ravi launched Scaling with Systems, to help generate qualified leads for businesses and to provide trained virtual assistant staff to interested clients. He also helps businesses automate their marketing and other business processes to save their time.

Mark: My tip of the week is just going to, and get to that next level without having to spend hours and hours, weeks months in frustration hiring, firing, and training people that may or may not work. They’re already there for you, already trained. Again, we can always make more money, we can’t get more time: know the value of your time! They want both of those big things in life to be solved; they want their money problem solved and their time problem solved. Scaling with Systems can help you do both.

Scott: My tip is a book, I love this book and the concept, it’s called Who Not How: The Formula to Achieve Bigger Goals Through Accelerating Teamwork by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy. Basically, the gist of this book is, there are many times as entrepreneurs we take it all to ourselves to figure out how to go-do something and when you go to the process and start doing it you keep on thinking “How am I going to do? How am I going to do it?” But what happens in large companies, when the CEO sets a vision, the CEO doesn’t say “How am I going to do this?” the CEO says, “Who within our organization's going to do this”. If you’re focusing on HOW in your business, you’re focusing on the wrong approach. Start thinking about WHO. This book lays out a foundation and a framework to help you do just that.

Ravi: I usually just tell people there’s going to be a little broad, for some reason you’re not going to come pay me, you’re not going to come to pay somebody else. The majority of their answers are going to be found on YouTube, I spend probably 1 Hour a day learning something new on YouTube. I just want to challenge everybody here, whatever course you have or whatever you’re thinking you want to do, hiring someone or firing someone just look it up on YouTube and see if the answer is there for you. A lot of times you’ll see the answer you’ve been looking for.
