Grief can sneak up on us. We can grieve all kinds of things, from the loss of a job to the loss of our physical abilities. Sometimes spiritual students think that grief is unspiritual. That’s a judgment that doesn’t help. In this week’s episode, Jennifer shares what she’s learned from helping folks who are blindsided by grief or who seem to be stuck in it.
