Welcome to our very first Bite-sized episode from our Emerging series! This is a mini episode where I'll be talking about some of the skills and tips that have helped our interviewees from the creative and performing arts.

Last week I spoke to the lovely art student and poet Elaoise Benson about how she has handled having so much taken away from her as a result of the pandemic. Elaoise speaks candidly of struggling with anxiety and the many hurdles she has successfully navigated to not only cope but really thrive.
