Fitness does not just take place within the four walls of a gym or studio or home, it can happen almost anywhere there is space to move. Brandon Wagner is a personal trainer from Tucson, AZ. Marc Coronel is a personal trainer who lives in Las Vegas, NV. Not only do they make a living by making clients sweaty, but Brandon and Marc are master trainers, educators who travel the world to teach other personal trainers how to use various types of fitness equipment to design the workout programs that produce results!
On this episode of All About Fitness, Brandon and Marc share the various solutions they have used to stay fit and healthy when the gyms were closed. From building garage gyms to martial arts, we discuss the creative ways that we have each used to stay active over the past year.
