The latest proposals suggest that the estate tax exemption may revert back to pre-TCJA levels in January, 2022. In order not to lose the estate tax exemption that exist today, it may be necessary to make use of this exemption before year-end for your relevant clients. - How the estate and gift tax reduction math will work
- Forcing grantor trusts to be included in the taxable estate
