Feds seize phone of Trump’s election attorney

Former President Trump’s election attorney John Eastman says the FBI seized his phone last week as the Department of Justice continues their investigations related to January 6. Elie Honig is a CNN Senior Legal Analyst and a former assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
