Hey, Heifer! I recently cut caffeine out of my life so I could manage my anxiety and I realized it can be a little daunting to embark on such a journey. What drinks secretly have caffeine? What can I use as replacements? Do I gain superpowers now or something? I’ve gathered some of my favorite caffeine alternatives that I enjoy (I’m not a nutritionist though so beware). Also, you can be anxious and enjoy your three cups of coffee a day. You can enjoy whatever level of caffeine works for you! We’re all built differently so at the end of the day, live your best life. Right now for me that means not adding something that heightens my gross ass symptoms :).
