Our brains always want the path of least resistance- and my brain does not like letting go. I don’t think I’m alone in this either- there are many famous songs, movies, and novels all about the process of letting go. But I’m telling you, one of the most peaceful feelings you can have is when you find the courage to let go of what you cannot change.
