As a writer, I have been sharing my words across social media for the past six years but more recently decided to explore a different path. After months of contemplating & exploring ideas I finally found one that could work. A PODCAST. It was actually my followers that inspired this idea due to many messages & questions that were coming through in regards to love, life, & healing, asking for advice & while i tried to answer as many as possible I really couldn't keep up with them all. So how was one meant to answer more people that had a lot of questions in common with one another, again... A PODCAST. So, of course it only made sense to start one. In this podcast we will be touching on many topics, from life, healing & love to eating disorders, addiction & surviving abuse.... & anything in between. Oh, & of course the deeper meaning behind some of my most philosophical quotes & some guest interviews along the way as well.
