As the author of Smooth Sailing, A Practical Guide to Legally Protecting Your Business, Cheri shares her expertise and guidance in the areas of business formation, contracts, compliance, website policies, copyrights, and trademarks. Cheri received her BA magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College and her JD from Temple University School of Law. She has over 30 years of experience in both law firm and corporate settings. Cheri recently received the “Law Firm of the Year” award from the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. When she’s not crossing t’s and dotting i’s, Cheri loves to hang with her family, travel, read, do digital scrapbooking, and get messy with mixed media art.
