Kuljeet Jagdev has worked in the food safety field for 32 years and is a scientist by profession. She loves getting to know people and where her role as a food auditor can often appear scary to those being audited, Kuljeet has found her own way of building rapport.
As a child though, Kuljeet was so shy she was afraid to speak to anyone. Even, one day at school when she was sick, she hid it rather than bring attention to herself.
This lovely, sweet lady joins me today to discuss her journey to finding self-confidence.
