Good morning, everybody. Welcome to your Tuesday. Hope you guys are having a great week so far making all the money. This is Elliot lane, host of cannabis daily. Thanks as always to producer Aaron Thomas and Benzinga for giving us the platform. We bring you cannabis insights every day. Let's jump right in and chat about what's happening.

I wish I had a button that could just, if I pushed it, there would be a loud. Alarm. And then somebody will be screaming, MNA alert, M and a alert. We have a big one today, Harbor side, H B O R F on the OTC. They are one of the original cannabis companies all the way in California started by Steve and Andrew DeAngelis.

To OGs and very well-respected people in the cannabis space, they are are signing a definitive agreement to acquire urban leaf or UL holdings. A very large California retailer in Southern California and loud pack, a leading manufacturer, cultivator and distributor of brands in California edge. Molts the CEO of urban leaf will become CEO of the combined company now called state house.

Mark Rovner. The former CEO of loud pack will be the. Well, you may be wondering what about the CEO of Harborside? Well they have been under a ton of management changes over the past few years and then entourage effect capital and Matt Hawkins stepped in and took over management of the company.

And it is my. That this was always his goal. I think he's an investor at heart, and I think he took over to take this one back to the top and it truly is incredible to me how Harborside has turned itself around. I really was not in a good place after 2019. So the fact that we are seeing what they're doing.

To me is, is all cause for celebration for these guys, 77.3 million in roll up debt financing. We'll trade under the CSE, ticker S T H Z. I'm sure other exchanges will fight. Management of this combined company expects to have the highest estimated annual revenue and brand market share among current public California companies.

So you're looking at low farms, you're looking at Jewishy you're looking at cure leaf, looking at several, several big companies in the Harbor side is basically saying. Come at me, we're here to play a pump for them. State house. The combined company name has 15 retail locations and expanding further already nine brands, including a top five ranked brands in categories, such as pre-rolls edibles and value flour.

Their facilities are able to produce more than 400 million U S dollars in branded revenue products. Brandon products, revenue they also of course have a statewide distribution network that I think reaches 75% of Californians practices. Impressive. So to me, this is a huge acquisition. I'm very happy for Harbor side, as they continue to just climb the mountain that was in France.

And they may be creating a new peak on their own and making everybody catch up to them soon enough. All right. Y'all let's keep moving. We're not here to gloat on one company flower, one F L O F favorite ticker in the game. Flu reports, Q3 revenue, 14.1 million up 18% year over year. Flower one is I believe the largest.

By, by land at least Nevada operator, Nevada based operator. So they of course are trending in the right direction. Gross profit. In the first nine months of 2021 was just over 15 million Leafly releases year to date results, I guess, getting in the habit. As they are not quite public yet, but we'll be shortly revenue of 31 million in the first nine months with a 27.4 million in gross profit.

That is an 88.5% margin up 21% year over year. It's pretty accelerated from where they were in Q2 and the first six. The merger looking to solidify between Leafly and Meredith capital by end of year. I can't imagine many aren't excited for that IPO and we'll be participating in it because that margin is insanity.

I believe they have somewhere just under 5,000 accounts. So. Obviously with such such room to grow there. All right. Hollister bio-sciences H S T R F on the OTC Q3 revenue of 14 and a half million up 53% year over year. And they're mainly in the Arizona and California markets this past quarter, they added a new CEO, new CFO and new chief commercial officer.

Their main claim to fame is Bynum extracts, which is 30% of category sales in Arizona. Why CBD that CBD MD announces a partnership with Amazon and Amazon platform preparing for the addition of CBD to the marketplace. Their stock is ripping right now after that announcement. So perhaps to them ignite that's Dan Bilzerian, his company, B I L Z F a.

We put the ticker after him Q3 revenue of 14 million. That is a record quarterly. For the company, get this up 12 and a half million year over year, a couple more here. Toronto passes 200 cannabis stores, which I think represents about 50 million Canadian in sales. And then pass that one more because I'm a Kentucky boy, Kentucky lawmaker files to decriminalize marijuana possession, as well as legalized limited sales and home cultivation, Kentucky making steps before some other states.

I am shocked. Quite literally am shocked outside of that. Y'all I hope this gives you a nice preparation for the day. Check out Harborside, HBO RF on the OTC.
