Holidays are a time of great celebrations, but for some it can be the most stressful time of the year, not because of what you may think; grumpy relatives and stressful conversations. It’s more complex than that. The inability to stay true to one’s higher self, that place within that wants inner peace and happiness all year round, and the ability to stay centered in the face of adversity. The next two shows are to help people get past this seasonal hump with a least amount of collateral health damage,with a love thy self attitude and the discipline to achieve it.
