As Head Coach of Park University's varsity esports team, AJ is one of the people pushing collegiate esports forward. Her team features three female varsity players as well as a female head coach so we discuss why that is currently an anomaly, how we can balance the scales of the gender imbalance and why Missouri seems to be leading the country in college varsity esports programs.
