Today’s conversation is with Keri Dougless, a RD2Be who decided to improve her health with her spouse and started doing Crossfit. She loved the classes and decided to become a certified Crossfit trainer and realized she wanted to take her passion for wellness a few steps further. After someone mentioned to her that she should look into dietetics, she has not looked back since. Right now she is in her internship and looking forward to the future of being a registered dietitian and finding the balance with a busy family life.
