Today’s conversation is with Ashley Koff, a registered dietitian who wanted nothing to do with the medical field as she headed into her professional life. While she was working in advertising, she started to reflect on her personal health and realized how important nutrition was in her long term wellness. She went back to school and became a registered dietitian. She is currently on a mission to help people achieve better health powered by better total nutrition. She is a media expert and specializes in educating doctors, nutritionists, and fitness professionals by founding The Better Nutrition Program - which offers programs for professionals to use in their practice that assess and advise on total nutrition.
