Actor, Director & Fit Pro at MYX Fitness, CITYROW, Harlem Cycle, CardioCast and owner of Black By Brand, Shaun has helped so many individuals on their road to a healthier self. Shaun believes that true health has to begin on the inside before it can show up on the outside. As an avid runner, completing everything from a 5K to a Marathon (4x Marathoner).
