There are so many types of emotions with varying levels and degrees of intensity. Our emotions are like a spice rack that we can spin to find the one that is the focus of the moment. All emotions are beneficial and have lessons to offer. As we strive for balance in our emotional spectrum, we achieve balance in our life.
Rev Karin Wilson has been in ministry since 2008 and she’s guided spiritual seekers throughout BC and Alberta, helping them to deepen their connection to Source through the application of spiritual principles. Now she serves the greater CSL community through its interim ministry program. In addition, she is a member of its Global Themes team currently serving as Co-Chair for 2023, as well as the CSL Events committee planning for annual and general gatherings throughout 2022 and 2023.
