Jenny and Kate are back with Season 2 of Dear Hormones where women write in with their hormonal tales of woe. In today's show a bladder emergency on a road trip, menopausal fury with a teenager and one woman takes the girls on a menstrual trip down memory lane.
Dear Hormones is a podcast for women to fess up to the things they may have said or done whilst under the influence of their hormones. Be it puberty, PMT, pregnancy or the menopause, Jenny Smith and Kate Bauss are there to lend a sympathetic ear.
Writers span the generations from teenagers to pensioners all sharing their hormonal stories that many women can relate to. The podcast has also built a following of men too. One male reviewer said of the podcast that it has provided an 'a-ha' moment as the penny dropped that his wife was menopausal too.
