People with binge-eating disorder frequently consume unusually large amounts of food and feel unable to stop eating, but how can you tell the difference between having an eating disorder versus overeating? In a day and age where there is so much information on disordered eating, it can be hard to find the answers you’re looking for.

In today’s episode, I talk to Lorna, a registered dietician who specializes in helping clients deal with binge eating and disordered eating. During our conversation, Lorna covers how to rewire your brain around your binge eating.
