It seems that everywhere you look these days, there is a new food trend popping up somewhere on social media. And while people may have good intentions, these trends can be negative on the people that watch them. In today’s episode, I am talking with Marianna, a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a Master of Science in nutrition.
