Anxiety can show up in your life in many different ways. It can show up in your health, in your food choices, and even in your parenting choices. And sometimes, the anxiety that you are struggling with can take over your life. When you are dealing with this, it is helpful to find ways to overcome the anxiety and realize that it is really just a friendly reminder that you’ve gone off track a bit.
