Yusef Alexander
Yusef has more than 20 years of working-class, real estate industry experience. He serves as VP & Chief Business Development Officer at Real Estate Asset Partners where he supports the company’s asset expansion and philanthropic growth efforts. Yusef’s extensive working-class real estate experience spans various facets of the real estate industry including Acquisitions, Property Management, Leasing Operations, Sales & Marketing. Yusef is an active industry thought leader, frequent panelist, speaker and guest lecturer within the academic sector. Additionally, Mr. Alexander is a founding member and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Literacy Up Project, a non-profit dedicated to advancing childhood literacy in underserved communities.

Denise Piazza
Denise Piazza is the founding partner of Main Line Capital Advisors. She began working within the real estate industry in 2004 through several tax and accounting engagements with real estate clients while employed at a CPA firm. She has 20 years of accounting, finance, and risk management experience and has managed teams of 30+ employees. Denise is a CPA and has held several finance and accounting roles with top Fortune 100 companies on teams managing over $1B in acquisitions, joint ventures and disposition of assets. Denise has also served on the Women’s Leadership and Risk Management committees of Fortune 100 companies.She is now a limited partner in close to 1,200 units of multifamily assets, and she has become a general partner on 400+ units. Denise and her partner also run a monthly real estate investing meetup group in Wayne, PA.
Danielle Pachioli
Award winning, dedicated, and highly motivated Sales Professional with a high level of business acumen and integrity. Documented history of consistently exceeding sales goals in the highly competitive markets of speciality biologics and medical device. I have experience working with a variety of specialities including burn, trauma, plastic surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, podiatry, wound care clinics and hospitals.
