On today’s Discover Dayton podcast episode I’m very excited to talk to Dayton poet, Latisha Ellis, who I saw perform recently at the Dayton Poetry Slam. Latisha describes herself as a gay, black, female, former felon who happens to be an amazing poet, and we talk a lot about her work and how her identity impacts it. She even does a couple of readings of some of her work.
