The Stalking Prevention, Awareness, and Resource Center (SPARC) ensures first responders and other allied professionals have the specialized knowledge to identify and respond to the crime of stalking.

As a comprehensive national resource center, SPARC provides a multi-faceted approach to programming. SPARC assists multi-disciplinary

professionals with information, resources, and policy and protocol development through our technical assistance endeavors. SPARC also provides local, regional, statewide, and national trainings to U.S. Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women, (OVW) grantees and potential grantees.
