In Nehemiah 7 & 8 the story begins to shift from construction to culture. What is culture? Culture is the beliefs and behaviors that create distinctiveness in an organization.

It’s the intangible, “it factor” that draws people in and keeps them wanting more.

It’s the “what is it about this place?” That’s culture. I’s the DNA running through every aspect of what we are doing. It’s ideas expressed in action.
