Lilly Tench has spent over a decade working with social entrepreneurs across sectors like energy and agriculture, gaining valuable insight into the intersection of mission-driven work and financial sustainability. She has helped manufacturers reduce environmental impact through ITAC and co-founded an innovation hub for entrepreneurs at Newlab, now home to over 800 innovators. Lilly has supported cleantech researchers at Columbia University Technology Ventures and agtech entrepreneurs at AgLaunch. Currently, she serves as Director of the Spark Innovation Center at the University of Tennessee Research Park. Lilly holds degrees in Peace and Social Justice, an MBA, and an MS in Agricultural and Natural Resource Economics.
