We woke up very early to chat with the man wearing the number three on his back, James Lawrence. We spoiled movies, campaigned for Garett Bale to join the boys in brown, and got mad at the Home Office all over again.

We’ve been sitting on this for a few weeks, before it was announced that James had to withdraw from the Wales Euro squad, so it was heartbreaking when it was made known that he had picked up an injury.
