Russell graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 1995. He is certified by the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (IAOM) – US for orthopedic manual therapy in the spine and the extremities. He is also a Fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He is the Clinical Director for the Advanced Physical Therapy practice.
