Today’s episode has a guest and that guest is my main man, Scott Wolf!!
This was a special and intimate conversation. I shared some little known facts about Scott.
Scott shared what is was like growing up in a house with alcoholism and abuse. He talks about
how the tools that saved him from getting hurt as a child had to be left behind to truly love the
way he wanted to love.
Scott talks about following your dreams. He shares some of the stories of getting to Los Angeles and breaking into the entertainment
world. He clarifies the “Tony award winning actor” idea that I had and we both agree that a Golden Globe would make an excellent weapon. He tells a very intimate conversation when our relationship almost ended because of old coping mechanisms that were pulling us apart.
We talk about the power of loving yourself so you can love someone else.
We probably talk too much about our kids and how much we love them.
Overall we talk about how FLOW has saved us and how it has changed Scott’s life.
