This week was a super interesting Fozcast episode. Myself and Tom welcomed Doctor Suzanne Brown, who is a professional Psychologist that has worked with the likes of Arsenal, Birmingham City the RFU and many more. We talked about the importance of Psychology in football and sport, and how this can translate to everyday life also. I also tell the story of how we (Birmingham City) went one nill up against Arsenal in the League cup final before a ball was even kicked all those years ago!
