Her PhD research focuses on understanding the role of nature connection in the agroecological transition and her work with Pasture for Life supports research into 100% pasture fed ruminant systems. She runs Grampian Graziers with her husband, farming native breed cattle on other people’s land, using the cattle as ecological engineers to promote ecological functioning and biodiversity gains.
