Everything we do in training, all the preparation and work we put in is so that we can get to race day and perform well.

We want to stand on the startline on the beach, ready to hit the water knowing we are in the best shape possible.

We speak a lot on this podcast about race execution, how to attack the race, how to have a race plan...

But your race doesn’t start when you’re on the beach. It starts the moment you wake up, in fact it actually starts the night before, the whole week before or even the last two weeks leading into it.
