No matter what I’m learning in this exploration, it is repeatedly arising that emotions are not just a part of the fabric of who we are; they are the energies that surround us, imbue us, and what we put out into the world. They can be the origin of our physical, emotional, and mental ailments, and are not something to be packed away.

Emotional Alchemy is the process of intentionally transmuting dense, trapped emotions (i.e., deep, stuck emotions lingering in the emotional body) and initiating change. When emotions are not fully felt or processed, they get "stuck" in the physical body. Left unprocessed, they disrupt the natural flow of energy in our bodies, keeping us stuck in triggered reactions and stories, and preventing us from accessing the Inner Voice or Higher Self. Shelby McGhee's sessions will give you the awareness to create these shifts.
