In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli have invited two special guests - Andy and glow member, Sheila who are our resident trail optometrists - and owners of Valley Vision in Lebanon, NH. We discuss all things eye, from protection, fashion, our favorite tips and tricks to keep us seeing straight! We also continue our skills topic of cornering and cover the mechanics of “Lean” to build on last episode’s mechanics of what “Look” means.

Our shout out this episode goes to our friends at Ridgeline Outdoor Collective “ROC”. Mission is to provide safe and sustainable multi use trails. They are a chapter of VMBA and the catamount trails alliance. Rochester Valley Trails - over 20 miles in the network combining classic RAWchester rake and ride and new machine built trails. They are anticipating linking to the Randolph trails. Parking available at the LBS - Green Mountain Bikes @greenmountainbikes. Randolph trails have 20 miles - LBS is the The Gear House @thegearhousevt and is a great starting point. ROC hosts weekly Women’s rides for all levels on Thursdays at 5:30. Also included in the collective are the green mountain trails and have approval to build 15 miles of single track that will connect Rochester and Pittsfield.
