Dr. Regina is an associate professor in the Master of Social Work program at Azusa Pacific University and her book A Counselor's Guide to Christian Mindfulness is being released by Zondervan on Sept. 14, 2021.
In part 2, Dr. Regina shares some favorite mindfulness exercises for women, using our creativity to bring mindfulness to the mundane. She also talks about how to use mindfulness in mind, body and soul to stop our negative thinking patterns. Dr. Regina also gives tips on how to quiet our minds enough to practice mindfulness. Finally, she shares tips on how to mindfully craft our lives.
Don't miss part 1, where we talked about the definition of Christian mindfulness, whether it's a legitimate practice for Christians, and the impact of mindfulness on our brains. Dr. Regina also shares a beautiful exercise she used to help Asian Christian women in a support group she recently led.
