Breathing has more of a control over us then we realize. Each breathe is a sign that we are alive and in the moment, even if we don't realize it.

My name is Himanish Goel and I help individuals use spirituality & breathing techniques for their next big thing, from believing in the universe. While also helping provide career advice to students and unemployed professionals, for showing them a different view of how to look at the job market.
The Secret tells us that what we put out in the universe, we get ten times back. This applies to both positive and negative thoughts. Even if you don't believe in the power of the universe, there is still logic behind this.
When you want something, you take twists and turns that push you ever so closer even if that goal is thousands of steps away. On the other hand, thinking you can't get there, you never take a step, you never have the time or energy and usually end up falling way short.
With breathing, we can help bring ourselves back to the present time. At the moment our goal may be far-reaching, but if we stop to do some breathing, we can find ways to focus on the now.
