PSA- Direct energy weapons deployed against U.S. citizens on watchlist,vigilante harassment groups

In the United States citizens men,women and children,young and old are being subjected to inhumane treatment under laws that give authorization to surveille,stalk,harass,slander,sabotage persons thrown on a government watchlist. The patriot act law allowed federal,state,local authority to unjustly investigate persons who committed no crimes to be systematically accused of crimes with no proof or right to meet the accusers. Under such persecution the targets are tortured for research and retaliation with direct energy weapons 24/7. Simultaneously persons who assist the fusion centers in the communities are given dossiers of false accusations of crimes about the target such as being a felon,terrorist, drug dealer etc. These vigilante groups who have been selected to participate in running psychological warfare tactics against the targets in their communities. Hoardes of confidential informants are also employed who are often criminals,drug addicts or psychopaths participate in tormenting the persons who are socially ostracized. These people are also employed at jobs and will follow the target who is being tracked with technology no matter where they do. This evil program is worldwide and it will eventually target more people who speak out against this demonic system. It is part of the new world order agenda to break down societies by creating confusion,mistrust and betrayal.
