18:30 - Recently, Adam Grant wrote an essay in the Wall Street Journal titled “ The Real Meaning of Freedom at Work”. He discusses the “great resignation” and notes that this is part of a longer shift in working trends that has been happening for a long time.

25:15 - JLee discusses how the notion of “positive liberty” entails some privilege and that those within the service industry are most likely not able to exercise this liberty.
