Slocum and Ferris is one of the oldest names at the City Market, and after a lengthy hiatus the popular lunch spot re-opened under new ownership. Long-time owners Dave Forestell and Sherrie Boyd closed the stall more than year ago after deciding to retire. I check in with new owners Joanna Killen and Corey Dugas and a special customer during their first lunch hour.
