In this episode, meet the current President of IPSS, Brittany Dahlen, and the President Elect, Dr. Rana Sharara-Chami as they share about their path to become leaders of the International Pediatric Simulation Society (IPSS). They discuss what the future holds for the society and how you can get involved.
Brittany Dahlen is the Co-Founder & President of Shifting Frames Consulting. She is a critical care nurse and educational specialist by background.
Dr. Rana Sharara-Chami is currently the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine section chief at Inova Children’s Hospital and an associate Professor of Medical Education at the University of Virginia- Inova Campus. She is also the PICU fellowship Program director.
