I share the pitfalls of making slow decisions and why this is the fastest route to overwhelm and burnout. Often when people take slow action, it’s because they’re afraid of failure or of making the wrong decision. But no successful person ever got to where they are because they didn’t fail. They just picked themselves back up and kept moving after every fall.
