Episode 37: Short Story: Lawrence in Motion

Over the last few months, I've been writing fiction. This short story, "Lawrence in Motion," takes place mostly in Lincoln, Nebraska, diners, and on America's highways. I enjoyed the process of getting to know this character over time, as he came to me. He's an amalgam of my past and many people I've known. Writing short fiction can be an appealing break from reality.
