About George Wang
George is an experienced real estate investor and investor-focused REALTOR® serving Belleville and surrounding areas.

Since 2019, he has strategically invested in the Belleville market, focusing on smaller multi-family properties. BRRRRs, and duplex conversions.
​
Within three years of investing, he went on to acquire six properties, with 15 units, that generated enough cash flow to exceed his income and allowed him to retire from his 6 figure job as a pharmacist by the age of 31 - earning him the nickname of "Cash Flow George."

Today, he helps his clients invest in real estate by using the same proven investment strategies he used to help them reach their real estate goals.
