Did you know that laughter yoga can help you fight depression? In today’s episode, I have Heinrich Visser joining me on the show. He is a living proof that laughter can help with depression. He is a certified laughter yoga teacher and laughter ambassador from Durban, South Africa.
To Heinrich, laughter came as a saving grace when he went through a depressing phase in his life. He was going through a divorce process. He took a course in Johannesburg, and he fell in love with laughter. Later, he decided to learn more about laughter from India with Dr Kataria.
